Very small rooms as stated but very neat and tidy. Clean and nice hotel. Helpful staff, GREAT location, about 15min walk from the Botanicals and 25-30 min walk to CBD. 20seconds from a train station.

Light, spacious hotel, the rooms a little small but you're only sleeping in them after all. The 24hr reception was very useful and the staff extremely helpful and friendly! A great place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend it to other people.

You will be hard pressed to find anything similar in a location like this. Trams, Toorak, chocolatiers and Albert Park are at your doorstep. Easy access to the city, MCG & Rod Laver Arena. Yet it is quiet once you are inside. Breakfast was substantial, rooms immaculate. Bathroom was a little squishy - but i dare say it wasnt built for its current tennants. I parked on the street with no problem and it was free from 4pm-11am!! No lift access - so not great for those with decreased mobility. I'll be using it for all my trips to melbourne in the future.
