The Citadines Carnot Apart Hotel is situated in a quiet street only a few steps away from the train station and less than 10 minutes on foot from the Palais des Festivals. Walk 10 minutes from the property and you will be standing on Cannes' famous Croisette and its sandy beaches, or the old port and its mind-boggling array of restaurants.

Whatever you choose, you'll be spoilt for choice.

 Very nice, very clean, clear and quiet. No microwave (just oven) or coffee machine but coffee and tea available for free downstairs from 10h30 am to 8pm though.
Service is very helpful and very nice.
The bathroom is large and clean. AC and heater very practical. The studio for two is very spacious.
Only one negative thing is the horrible matress. Very practicle during the day as a couch but the mattress is thin ad cheap and therefore ok only for two nights....my fourth night was hell. Too bad as that'll be my only complaint!- 16-Mar-2008 5 mins from train station and Cannes center. Great value, the apartments were much much better than I expected for the price. Clean room, comfy bed and we had a great view from our window. - 27-Sep-2007 The facilities were ideal for a family because you could cook when you wanted to. The supermarket and boulangerie were just a minute away and a pizzeria and ice cream parlour 3 minutes away. The bus to and from Nice aeroport stops within 200 metres of the apartment and the SNCF station just a 3 minute walk. The sun terrace was great too. What more could we ask for?
