 Exceptional service given to us upon our arrival during the early hours of the morning when we were tired and grumpy from a long flight.
Porter helped us with our bags and the Receptionist processed our accommodation with minimal delay. Was able to accommodate my family at the last minute utilising my [your website] price. Awesome!
Will definitely come back again.- 15-Oct-2007 Met with a friendly welcome even though we were very early, and assisted with storing luggage until room ready. Luggage bought to room by Porter. Requests made when booking, were given. Nice quiet location, and very handy to Airport. The dining room could do with some heating as it was very cold. - 05-Aug-2007 Enjoyed our stay.
