 I was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful rooms at Causeway Hotel, due to the low price I had a lower expectation. I would definately stay here again. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The only thing was when checking out at 10am, there was a lot of people waiting and congestion near the small space in fornt of the lifts, perhaps there could be more staff at the front desk during this busy time.- 04-Nov-2009 Did not appreciate the charge of $10 for changes to booking, i.e. change of date, etc. At other hotels such changes to a booking are free of charge. This is not a good thing to keep charging $10 every time a change is made. Not user friendly. I would not stay again.- 18-Oct-2009 I was very happy with my stay at the Causeway 353.
