Location
The BreakFree Imperial Surf Surfers Paradise is just a stroll from the patrolled beach and on the doorstep to the hub of Gold Coast in more ways than one. In walking distance are two major shopping centres the Pacific Fair and the Broadbeach mall, each with its own complement restaurants, ranging from gourmet to casual alfresco dining.
Restaurant
The property does not have restaurant facilities. Several restaurants are available in the surroundings where you can relish a wide variety of local, regional and international cuisine.
General
You can join everyone for that early morning brisk walk along the beach or simply relax with a glass of wine and watch the sun set for the start of your romantic evening. The extensive leisure facilities at the hotel include a full-size tennis court, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, steam room and a sauna.

 Enjoyed the stay and the closeness to the heart of Surfers.- 05-Nov-2009 The hotel is very well located (beach across the road; close to shops and restaurants) and the units are unusually large, sunny and airly. Also, large balconies and a "million dollar" view. However, it is an older building and not very well maintained. For example some fittings and furniture are demaged and/or scruffy, the walls are chipped in places etc. A refurbisment of the units would be in order but then perhaps the price would go up as well.
