Very small room. Very small bathroom and lots of noise from the pipes (from other rooms). I was given a room at groundfloor. Not recommend. Ask for room further up the floors. The staff started very early and they were noisy! Breakfast was ok, but service slow.- 29-Oct-2009 Had a 1st floor room facing the street. Not much traffic so quiet enough. Wouldn't want a room opposite the elevator. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Location was good being close to two subway stations, pubs and restaurants and a good walk throught Kensington Gardens to the West End.
No free Wifi though. Considering the prices in London, seems to be reasonable value for money. Would stay there again.- 27-Oct-2009 Seen some very negative comments on here, I can't complain at all, a 2 minute walk from Kensington Gardens / Hyde Park, Stayed in this hotel as it was less than a mile from the Royal Albert Hall.
Room was small but adequate, clean and staff were friendly.
Great if you are just staying in London for a show and want a good value room.- 09-Jul-2009 |
