Had a lovely weekend celebrating my girlfriend's birthday! Our room was clean and comfy, beautifully decorated to match the fancy vibes. The ambiance was charming, making it a romantic getaway for us.

Unfortunately, I felt like I was in a toddler concert during breakfast with all the iPads around! And let's just say, some staff were a bit too eager to clear my table—goodbye caffeine and unread news!

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and an indoor swimming pool. The staff helped me with my bags on my first stay, and their kindness continues to impress. I highly recommend afternoon tea! I'm coming back for the new year.

The noise levels from the streets can be quite disturbing, especially in rooms on lower floors!!! Additionally, the air conditioning unit is outdated and quite loud—hardly fits a luxury hotel standard!!! Missing modern amenities like sufficient electrical outlets is disappointing!!!

this hotel is so classy! the location is perfect right near everything, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. the bar has this great vibe with lots of drink choices, and the food is yum. i loved the spa, perfect for chillin out after a day of exploring. the ambiance just feels special, like a step back in time, but with all the modern stuff you need.
