The central location is a standout feature, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Service was commendable, particularly when staff upgraded my room on request. No major renovations were observed since the transition from Bally's to Horseshoe, but the view from my room was fantastic, overlooking the Sphere. A few cosmetic updates, especially in the bathroom, were noticeable, though the hotel felt slightly worn overall.

horseshoe is super central and close to everything, including the antelope canyon tour pick-up. my room was spacious with a great view of the sphere, and the quick help from the wifi technician made my stay easier. the spa at bally's nearby is incredible, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

I was incredibly frustrated with the check-in process. It took me over an hour due to chaotic queues. The staff seemed disinterested in providing assistance, leaving guests feeling ignored. Additionally, the elevators were slow and frequently out of service, making it even more inconvenient, especially during busy hours.

my stay was just horrendous, the shower door was missing something and leaked everywhere. Noisy neighbors slamming doors all night! I can’t believe I was not offered an apology or any sort of compensation—absolutley appalling service for anyone with premium taste like me, I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

stayed here recently, and wow, the a/c was a total disaster—couldn't get it below 70 without heating up. check-in was incredibly slow, I expected a VIP welcome but instead got frustration. honestly, I thought about leaving a good review, but the lack of attention to detail was just too much to overlook.

The spacious rooms were perfect for our family, and we loved the connected walkway to Paris Las Vegas, making it easy to explore shops and grab snacks. The staff was attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable, especially with young grandkids in tow.

i really enjoyed my stay at horseshoe. the location was fantastic, so close to everything, and finding the uber pick-up was super easy. During my stay, i loved the 13,100 sq-ft spa with whirlpool tubs. it was a great way to unwind after a long day. the resort room with 2 queens was comfy and spacious!

Pos, This place suits me perfectly with amenities like a 24-hour reception, seasonal outdoor pool, and fitness center. On my first stay, the staff even helped me find a car service. Definitely a great choice! I'll be back for the new year!
