 Lift out of order and we were on the 4th floor however the man on reception did offer to carry our bags.- 03-Sep-2009 Everything is good, friendly and helpful stuff, if only the lift is working for the 3 nites we were there. It was quite a hassle to carry our luggage up and down the 3 floors!- 23-Aug-2009 When we arrived we were allocated a room on the 3rd floor. It was like a sauna. They gave us a fan for the night to see how we got on, they kindly changed our room the next day. Apartantly the 3rd & 4th floors they can't control the temperature. The bus service into town from here is very good although Princess Street is closed off because of tram works.- 02-Jul-2009 |
