Very friendly staff, though were woken up at 8.30 every morning with building work. Fantastic location a short walk from Grand Central station. Overall very satisfied with the stay. - 21-Apr-2008 When we arrived they put us in a 1 bedded room and there was 4 of us, we did go to reception and she said booking the room through a third party was no guarantee as to what was stated on our paper work, luckily she found us a room with 2 double beds, but i think if we had not said anything that they were trying to pull a fast one. the room was lovely could of done with a thorough clean though but was ok, the kitchen and bathroom was a bit dirty inside the cupboards, i think they could do with some proffesional cleaners, overall it was lovely fab location, would stay there again if had too. - 03-Dec-2007 An excellent hotel. Service was outstanding and I was very impressed. The The "Rare Burger" joint downstairs was very tasty with the best sweet potato fries I think I have ever tasted!
Location is a little bit quiet, but we enjoyed that as it wasn't around the tourist trap of times square- 03-Sep-2007 |
